Industrial Grade Calcium Carbonate is acid soluble grinded calcium carbonate and is used as a bridging and a weighing agent used in drilling. The Calcium Carbonate is used to increase mud density and is preferred to barite as it is acid soluble and is grinded in three sizes coarse, medium and fine. The Calcium Carbonate can be used in both oil based and water based fluid systems and is used essentially as a weighing agent and is used for bridging and seepage control. The Industrial Grade Calcium Carbonate is a fine white free flowing powder.
